REGISTRATIONS WILL BEGIN IN JULY
CLASSES ARE HELD: SUNDAYS @ 3:00 pm to 4:15 pm
REGISTRATION FEE
July 7 – August 31
(first and second year preparation)
$100.00 one child
$150.00 two siblings
$200.00 three siblings
(Please note that there is an additional $30 book fee in the second year of Sacrament Preparation)
$50 each child for on-going faith formation (1st Communion completed).
LATE REGISTRATION FEE
September 1 – 21
(first and second year preparation)
$125 one child
$175 two siblings
$225 three siblings

ABOUT OUR FORMATION PROGRAM
FIRST YEAR OF FORMATION:
Introduction to Religious Education, where students will gather once a week on Sundays to learn more about their faith, God, Jesus, and the Church.
Students will review the traditional Catholic prayers, such as the Our Father, Hail Mary, etc, which the family should be praying together at home already.
SECOND YEAR OF FORMATION:
(2nd – 6th grades)
During his year, children will continue with Sunday classes, focusing on the Church’s teachings, specifically the Sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Communion.
*During the 2nd Year of Formation, the child (student) and parent(s) are also required to participate in 6 additional formation classes and 2 retreats, preparing them to receive the Sacraments.
These sessions are held once a month on Thursdays from 6:30pm to 7:45pm, which is an additional/separate calendar to follow.
